The 12-week Help to Grow: Management Course helps senior managers of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) boost performance, resilience, and long-term business growth.
Course overview
Designed to be taken alongside full-time work through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions, this 90% government-funded curriculum covers leadership, digital adoption, marketing, employee engagement, and financial management to help you build a tailored growth plan.

Business eligibility
Your business must be a UK-based SME in any sector employing between 5 and 249 people, operational for at least one year, and not be a charity. Businesses with 10 or more employees can send up to two participants.

Applicant criteria
Applicants must be senior decision-makers—such as a Chief Executive, Finance Director, or Operations Director—and commit to completing all sessions across the 12-week programme.
