The Export Support Service provides a single point of contact for businesses exporting to Europe. It also provides crucial information to businesses regarding trading with Russia and Ukraine since Russia’s invasion. The service will be expanding to cover more global markets.
You can ask any question for your business, including on:
- exporting to new markets
- paperwork you need to sell your goods abroad

Businesses exporting, or thinking of exporting from the UK can attend the UK Tradeshow Programme. This includes a selection of supported overseas tradeshows and conferences, as well as grants to help offset some costs.
Attending overseas tradeshows can help you to develop market knowledge and make new contacts. It will also give you access to advice and support from trade experts on how to maximise your presence. Furthermore, the UK Tradeshow Programme provides all successful applicants with training. This will cover tradeshows in general and also for the specific event that you applied for.
Your business may be eligible for tailored support from trade experts around the world in specific markets.
You can also report trade barriers affecting your exports or imports from the UK.
UK Export Finance (UKEF) can help UK companies to win export contracts by providing attractive financing terms to their buyers. It can also enable a business to fulfil contracts by supporting working capital loans, or support the business by insuring against buyer default.
Export finance can support exports for any size of company and across all sectors, from capital goods to services and intangibles such as intellectual property.
